Bringing a local chamber's online presence up to modern standards with better structure, mobile responsiveness, and a more engaging experience for members and visitors alike.
The Challenge
The original Sandstone Chamber website lacked the clarity and functionality needed for a growing community organization. It had an outdated look, unstructured content, and little to no visual hierarchy, which made it hard for visitors to find event information, business listings, or updates.
Navigation was flat, mobile responsiveness was lacking, and the homepage felt cluttered with visuals that didn’t support the content. It didn’t reflect the energy of the local business community or make it easy for people to engage with the Chamber.
What We Did
We set out to create a site that was not only visually modern but also built to support the Chamber’s goals: connecting with the local community, supporting its members, and showcasing events and local business engagement.
We introduced a more intuitive layout with clearly defined sections for events, board members, local businesses, and upcoming news. The site now features prominent calls to action, mobile-friendly formatting, and well-structured content that flows naturally. Every section is purposeful, whether it’s highlighting upcoming meetings, promoting member businesses, or making it easier to join the Chamber.
Brand colors, new icons, modern typography, and a refreshed visual style now make the site feel welcoming and trustworthy, while a dedicated member spotlight and embedded social updates help keep the content dynamic and community-focused.
